MIRAFLOC 4000 FLOCCULANT

MIRAFLOC 4000, the polymeric flocculant is manufacturered by MAKARA with imported polyacrylamide, to flocculate solid particles, colloids and colorants. It is exactly equivalent to imported flocculants. It has density, viscosity and pH conforming to DIN 53492.

MIRAFLOC 4000 has higher molecular weight (15 million plus) with higher settling rate. It is non-toxic and non-corrosive suitable for best juice clarification.

The storage temperature should not exceed 30ºC.

APPLICATION :

It can be dosed by gravity into the merceration water or any other suitable points depending on the mill design to allow effective circulation of the chemical to all parts of the mill tandem.

ADVICE :

Sugar mills are advised to use both biocides namely MAKQUAT 5000 and MAKCARB 9000 alternatively every 15 days as the bacteria would become immune to one biocide in longer usage.
