MIRACLEAN 1000 CAL ALKALINE DESCALANT FOR CLEANING CALENDRIA OF SUGAR MILL EVAPORATOR

Deposits on the steam side of the evaporators are less serious than the scale on the juice side. But the possibility of such deposits should not be overlooked by maintenance engineers. Oil from exhaust steam in the first calendria is the commonest source of such deposits. The deposits occurred can be removed during the alkaline based MIRACLEAN series of chemicals. This will also take care of removing juice. There are two circulations involved in cleaning outside calendria.

DOSAGE :

1. First circulation with five percent of special petroleum solvents for 3 to 4 hours.
2. Second circulation with five percent of MIRACLEAN 1000 CAL for 3 to 4 hours.

APPLICATION :

1. The special petroleum solvent of 5% should be taken alongwith hot water at 50 to 60º and circulated / lowered and raised for three to four hours.
2. Take 5% of MIRACLEAN 1000 CAL with balance of water and circulate at 90 º temperature. With the above two circulations the outside calendria will become new, shedding all ironoxide, rust, oils, greases and other deposits. The juice scales if any formed outside the rubes due to puncture in the tubes will also be removed by our MIRACLEAN completely.

CONCLUSION :

We have already proved the above chemicals with leading sugar mils in India namely EID Parry, Sakthi, Mysore sugar, Dharani, Rajashree, Ponni, KCP, Sarvaraya, Doodhaganga and other sugar mills.
